Rental Clients
For nearly 20 years, we’ve set the standard for support for post-production rentals. We service the largest commercial fleet of Avid and Final Cut workstations in North America and employ the most ISIS-certified technicians. We service systems across the entire workflow, from production through finishing, and have a deep understanding of today’s workflows and camera formats. As a result, we can provide expert advice regarding technology and workflow design.

Technical support is available coast-to-coast and internationally. Our technicians are perfectionists who are committed to keep you up and running, whether you’re in Burbank, New York, Toronto, London or Taipei.

Support Plans
We can help you keep your equipment operating at peak performance. We offer service plans for editorial systems, networking components and IT infrastructure. We also support legacy technology including most popular video decks, cameras and related gear. With the industry’s most experienced team of engineers and technicians, we can respond quickly to your service needs and have you back up and running as soon as possible.

Client-Owned Equipment
We offer customized service contracts covering system set up, upgrades and maintenance. End-to-end support is available through convenient hourly contracts, delivering exactly the level of service you need.  Service contracts for edit systems are available on pre-paid and pay-per-usage bases. Pre-paid support is billed at a lower rate than per-usage support and includes a guaranteed response time. Service is available Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
