End-to-end support is available through convenient hourly contracts, delivering exactly the level of service you need. Service contracts for edit systems are available on pre-paid and pay-per-usage bases. Pre-paid support is billed at a lower rate than per-usage support and includes a guaranteed response time. Service is available Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
